This seaside resort, located just over 20 km from the island's capital, Heraklion, is a popular destination for those looking for a fun night on the town, yet it’s also quite popular amongst young couples and families!

The resort (visibile via our webcam in Hersonissos), also known as Stalis, is located between Malia and Hersonissos. Famous for its family-friendly beaches and shallow waters; it hosts open-air restaurants and bars. Souvenir stores line the coast alongside the picturesque 17th-century Byzantine church of Agios Ioannis.
